Record High: Rs 100 Crore Per Acre In HMDA’s Kokapet E-Auction!

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has been holding e-auctions for open plots in Hyderabad and surrounding districts. The latest auction recorded stunning numbers in the e-auction at Kokapet Neopolis layout, phase 2.

The e-auction of seven premium plots developed in the Neopolis layout in Kokapet yielded a record amount of Rs. 3,319.60 crores breaking all previous records.

The plots were ranging from 3.60 acres to 9.71 acres totaling 45.33 acres whose upset price value was Rs 1586.50 crores. The highest price obtained was Rs. 100.75 per acre for 3.60 acres and the highest bidder is Happi Heights Neopolis, Rajapushpa Properties Pvt ltd. The fixed upset price per acre was Rs. 35 crore but the average bid price per acre is Rs. 73.23 crore.

The layout was developed with modern infrastructure 36 and 45 meters wide roads and the plots are meant for high-rise buildings with unlimited FSI.
