MS Dhoni’s Failure Draws Criticism From Sehwag & Gambhir

Mahendra Singh Dhoni is a man of match-finishings. The ace cricketer who leads Team India to many victories has recently announced his retirement from all forms of Cricket. But, he is still playing for Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League.

Dhoni’s performance against Rajasthan Royals on Thursday has opened to severe criticism from fans, cricket lovers, and senior cricketers. Virender Sehwag and Gautham Gambhir played with Dhoni under his captaincy. They openly expressed their displeasure over his performance on Wednesday match.

When Chennai Super Kings wickets were falling down, everyone thought that MS Dhoni would come in fourth or fifth place to control the damage. But, no one understood the intention of Dhoni coming at 7th place. Dhoni entered the ground when the victory seemed almost impossible. But, the fans did not lose interest in him.

Gautham Gambhir commented that he did not expect to see Dhoni coming at 7th place. He also criticized that Dhoni’s sixes in the last over were of no use as he failed to do that when in need. Gambhir commented that Dhoni should lead the team from the front even if he cannot score runs.

During a Cricbuzz program, Virender Sehwag too expressed his opinion on the same. Sehwag was also shocked to see Dhoni coming to bat at 7th place. Sehwag told that he would give only 4 marks to Dhoni on 10 for his performance in the game.
