Disha Patani’s Power Squats Are Inspiring

We are no strangers to the fact that Disha Patani has one of the awesome bods in Bollywood . Disha Patani recently shared a throwback workout video.

In the video we can see Disha Patani doing squats with 60 kgs weights. She has worn a peach coloured workout outfit and looks stunning. What surprises us is that how dedicated and sincere Disha is to her fitness regime even during the lockdown.

Disha, is known to workout atleast 2 times a day. While, most people workout once a day, the Baaghi 2 actress is a total fitness freak and loves spending time working out. Her diet consists of a mix of carbs and proteins and she usually has rice or chicken. For dinner and post-workouts she prefers eggs or chicken or paneer for protein content. She has her cheat days and loves indulging in desserts once in a while.

On the workfront Disha Patani will be seen in Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai opposite Salman Khan. She will also be seen in Mohit Suri’s Ek Villain 2 opposite Aditya Roy Kapur.
