Queen bee Samantha Ruth Prabhu, known for her active social media presence, recently shared a message on Instagram that has sparked discussions among fans.
The post featured a simple yet powerful statement: “I wanna see you win.” She further amplified the message with a caption that read, “Whatever your heart desires, whatever aspirations you hold, I am rooting for you. You are deserving of victory.”
While many fans interpreted the message as a general expression of encouragement, others saw a hidden message. The timing of the post, coinciding with the crucial eliminator match between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Rajasthan Royals (RR), led some to believe it was a veiled show of support for cricketer Virat Kohli and his team. Samantha has openly admired Kohli in the past, further fueling this speculation.
However, some netizens criticized her choice, suggesting that since she resides in Hyderabad, she should support the local teams, Sunrisers Hyderabad or her hometown team, Chennai Super Kings, instead.
They also questioned the influence such cryptic messages might have on her 34 million followers. These days anything that Samantha posts is being called cryptic and this latest post is no exception.
While Samantha continues to engage her followers on social media, anticipation for her upcoming projects, including the web series “Citadel: Honey Bunny” and her self-produced film, “Bangaram” is also high.
