Almost all employers have been forcing employees to get back to offices after the latter had a good number of months with work-from-home facilities.
Some employees have been misusing the advantage of working from home with keyboard simulators and jigglers. The employers too launched applications to monitor productivity. In one of those, Wells Fargo and Co. reportedly terminated more than a dozen employees who have been using keyboard simulation that does not let the screen lock due to inactivity.
There is a wide variety of top-rated mouse jigglers available to buy. It looks like the employers are keen on increasing productivity and won’t hesitate to remove the fake workers.
