7 Telugu Pilgrims Returning from Kumbh Mela Killed in Road Accident in MP | Tragic Accident in Madhya Pradesh: Seven AP Residents Killed
In a fatal road accident in Madhya Pradesh, seven people from Andhra Pradesh lost their lives when a mini-bus collided with a truck. Several others sustained severe injuries.
The tragic accident occurred Tuesday morning around 8:30 AM near Sihora in Jabalpur district. The victims were returning from the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj when their mini-bus crashed into a truck.
According to Jabalpur District Collector Deepak Kumar Saxena, seven people died on the spot, while multiple passengers were critically injured. Authorities also reported that some individuals were trapped inside the mini-bus due to the severity of the collission.
Rescue operations are underway, and the injured have been rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. Further details on the victims and the cause of the accident are awaited.
