Breaking: UPI Service Down Across India!

Unified Payment Interface UPI is extremely popular in India these days. Almost every single vendor in the urban pockets of the country has UPI payment facilities of late. Even people are largely dependent on UPI applications for day-to-day financial activities.

However, coming to the topic now, something extremely unexpected has happened as UPI services across the country have been stalled for the last one hour.

As per reports, all the UPI services across the country have been down for the last 45 minutes to one hour. None of these UPI applications, including PhonePe, Google pay, or Paytm and others have been working. All the UPI related transactions have been momently, put on hold for this reason.

It could perhaps be argued that all the digital payment services across the country have come to us, and still with the UPI services coming down momentarily. This is one of the biggest outages in terms of UPI services in India since the start of the digital payment revolution in India.

The exact reason behind this collective failure of the UPI service all across the nation, hasn’t been established yet.
