Hyderabad is likely to witness heavy rainfall across several areas today. In view of the weather forecast, the city police have issued an advisory to residents, urging them to take necessary precautions.
According to the alert, people are advised to reach home by 3 PM to avoid being caught in severe downpours. The police have also requested citizens to step out only if it is absolutely necessary.
Working professionals have been asked to work from home wherever possible to minimise travel during the heavy rain hours. Officials have cautioned that waterlogging, traffic disruptions, and other rain-related issues could occur in multiple parts of the city.
The police have reiterated that public safety is the top priority and have urged everyone to cooperate with the guidelines until the weather improves.
