Hyd: Husband Kills Pregnant Wife, Chops Body

A shocking crime has come to light in Balaji Hills, Medipally limits of Medchal-Malkajgiri district. A man brutally murdered his pregnant wife and chopped her body into pieces.

The victim, Swathi from Vikarabad district, had married Mahender for love. The couple was living in Boduppal, but frequent quarrels had strained their relationship. In a fit of rage, Mahender killed Swathi, then cut her body into parts and packed them in covers to dispose of.

Neighbors, who heard loud noises and suspected something wrong, rushed to the house and were horrified by the scene. They immediately alerted the police. Mahender was caught on the spot and taken into custody.

During interrogation, Mahender admitted to the crime and revealed that he dumped some body parts, while police have so far recovered only a portion of the remains. The exact motive is still under investigation, whether it was harassment over dowry or other domestic disputes is being probed.

This gruesome murder has left locals in shock, highlighting yet another brutal case of domestic violence in Telangana.
