Kaun Banega Crorepati season 17 and the remarkable hosting tenure of Superstar Amitabh Bachchan have come to an end. This news came as a shock to ardent fans of the show and Big B.
Amitabh Bachchan shared a video about his exit from hosting KBC. He also expressed, “One-third of my life was dedicated to this KBC show. I am truly touched and overwhelmed by your love and respect towards me throughout these years. I will carry this love and respect with me for the rest of my life.”
Amitabh Bachchan hosted a record 16 seasons of Kaun Banega Crorepati out of its 17 seasons. In KBC season 3, Bollywood’s King Shah Rukh Khan took the hosting seat due to Amitabh Bachchan’s illness at that time.
According to ongoing rumours, Salman Khan is expected to take the hosting seat for Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 18. If the rumours prove true, KBC fans will experience a new hosting style on the show.
For now, Amitabh Bachchan’s exit is confirmed. Confirmation regarding the new host is still awaited.
