Indians have the reputation of leading some of the biggest companies in the world and one of the most prominent names on this list is Sundar Pichai, who is the CEO of Google(parent company Alphabet).
Under the leadership of Sundar Pichai, the evaluation and stock value of Google has increased multiple times which has led to the company, trusting him to the fullest capacity.
On that note, the latest development are suggesting that Google has decided to reward Sundar Pichai very handsomely if he can continue the good work at the company.
Reportedly the latest pay package that Google has formulated for Sundar enable him to earn as much as $592 billion over the course of next three years. This would roughly convert to ₹63,000 crore in Indian currency.
This would be amongst the highest pay packages to any CEO globally, and Sundar Pichai could very well turn out to be one of the richest men on the planet once it materialises fully. But we catch here is that a significant volume of this salary will be paid based on performance of Google.
$126 billion would be paid based on performance stock unit, and another $130 billion would be paid in Waymo Shares.
But nevertheless, receiving ₹63,000 crore as salary would make Sundar one of the highest paid employees in the world and rightly so as well.
