AI Chief Says Software Engineer Jobs No More, But…

It is already known that the human workforce across the globe has been facing a very peculiar situation with regard to employment opportunities. The transition of AI engineering and subsequent effect on the human workforce has become a major concern.

Now the latest comment from Anthropic CEO Dorio Amodeia implies that software engineering jobs across the world could soon enter into a state of extinction due to the AI revolution.

The CEO of this leading AI, technological advancement company stated that AI is not capable of carrying out all the jobs handled by entry level software engineers. He said this will be the reason why AI will take over all the entry level software, engineering jobs, and this position could very well go into extinction.

However, this was contradicted by the latest position taken by his own company Anthropic as they listed openings for as many as 429 software engineering jobs within the company.

This could perhaps be an indication of the fact that AI revolution is indeed happening and is taking over the world, but when it comes to the human workforce, it remains to be critical, regardless.

This must be the operational procedure within this software industry, considering the fact that human workforce and its sustenance is far more important than advancement in the AI field. Any sort of extreme measured on the human workforce could collapse global economy, and this could never be a good sign.

But at the same time, several global tech technological companies have started to increasingly depend on AI while they have been firing thousands of software engineers on a weekly basis.
