It is already known that several global companies have started to fire the human workforce as they have been aligning with the artificial intelligence prospect. Social media giant Meta is facing a similar aspect now as the company is firing over 7000 employees globally.

The firing operation has started at 8 in the morning today, and it will go on till later in the day based on the global work timelines.

Apparently, Meta has started to use a very clever strategy for their firing operation today as they are instructing the under fire employees to work from home first thing in the morning.

After the employees receive the work from home order, they then receive a telephonic conversation or a concerned statement from the company regarding their layoff.

This has become a standard practice for many companies these days. They are giving out their work from home order, which would keep the employee at the home and prevent them from entering the office spaces. And then, they’re handed over the layoffs order.

This is a clever strategy that is being used by top companies to make sure that employees do not accumulate at the office spaces and create a scene later. So this would essentially mean that anyone who receives sudden work from home notice from the company should be aware of what’s likely to happen next.
