HYDRAA In Action: 1000 Crore Worth Land Saved In Hyderabad

The brainchild operation that was orchestrated by Telangana chief minister Revanth Reddy, HYDRAA has been very aggressive with their working style in the recent months. This independent body is working with this sole mission of safeguarding government lands and properties all over the city.

Incidentally, the HYDRAA has now come to a big rescue job in the heart of Hyderabad as government lands worth more than Rs 1000 crore were saved today.

Acting on the complaint from the Revenue Department, HYDRAA cleared illegal sheds, and fencing on 5 acres of government land in Survey No. 42, the most valuable land near Metal Charminar and Hitex in Khanamet, Serilingampally mandal of Rangareddy district.

After removing the encroachments, the HYDRAA fenced the land and erected boards declaring it government land. This is a crucial safeguarding process carried out by this independent body where 5 acres of prime land in the heart of the city has been saved from illegal encroachment.

At a time when every acre in Hyderabad’s IT corridor is immensely valuable, protecting public land is not just enforcement but it is safeguarding the city’s future.

These urban pockets of land have been generating significant revenue to the government of Telangana, so it is the responsibility of this HYDRAA body to be on their feet which is exactly what they’re doing.
