In a massive jump, India has recorded 3,900 new Corona positive cases and 195 deaths in a single day. These figures are the biggest spike till date and the total Corona cases number stand at 46,433 while the death count is 1,568.
This huge spike in cases came just when the wine shops across the country were opened on Monday. Out of the total Corona cases, 32,138 are the active cases while about 12,727 people have recovered from the virus.
The state of Maharashtra has reported 1,567 in the last 24 hours and the total Corona cases in this state are 14,541. Next is PM Modi’s home state Gujarat with 5,804 cases and in the last 24 hours 376 new cases have been filed.
In Telangana, the cases tally 1,085 while in Andhra Pradesh, the count is 1,650.
