Hyd’s Richest Family Buys ₹62 Cr Penthouse!

Hyderabad has reportedly set a new record in the luxury real estate market with a flat sale worth ₹62 crore at Trump Towers Hyderabad.

A 30,000 sq ft penthouse was reportedly sold to a Hyderabad based business family even before the official launch of the project.

The deal is said to be the most expensive apartment transaction recorded in Hyderabad so far, beating the earlier record by nearly two times.

Trump Towers Hyderabad is located in Kokapet and is being developed as a major luxury residential project. The project will have a 65 floor tower spread across four acres.

The tower will have around 454 luxury residences, with prices reportedly starting at more than ₹5 crore.

The project is also expected to stand out because of its full glass exterior, which would make it one of the most distinctive residential towers in Hyderabad.

The ₹62 crore penthouse sale highlights the growing demand for ultra luxury homes in Hyderabad. Kokapet has emerged as one of the city’s key luxury real estate destinations, attracting premium residential and commercial projects.
