Rhea Chakraborty Files FIR Against Sushant’s Sisters

Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case is still being investigated by the CBI. While Rhea Chakraborty was accused by Sushant’s family in Sushant’s death and was arrested in a drug procuring case, the actress is coming back at them with the points he has with her.

Rhea Chakraborty had filed an FIR against the sisters of Sushant Singh Rajput. Sushant’s sisters Priyanka and Mitu were named in the complaint along with one Dr. Tarun Kumar. Rhea is putting the charges of abetting suicide, cheating, forgery, and fabrication of medical prescription and criminal conspiracy.

These were the similar charges Rhea faced in the same case. It was already revealed that Sushant managed to get the prescribed drugs for anxiety control from the doctor in the case who is a friend of Sushant’s sister Priyanka. The WhatsApp chat between Sushant and his sister Priyanka from June 8, 2020, has been submitted and they showed that she arranged a prescription without any consultation with the said doctor.

Rhea Chakraborty in her complaint stated that Priyanka, Mitu, and Dr. Tarun Kumar had allegedly given Sushant drugs and without consulting the doctor. The SSR’s sisters challenged the FIR while their lawyers argue that medicines could have been prescribed to him by doctors through telemedicine as per ICMR guidelines.

“I pointed out to his household help that he was mixing narcotic substances with the medicines that he was taking. It was going to be a dangerous cocktail. I was aware that he was taking medications and I had an altercation with him on that, but I was not aware of the prescription. When the prescription was leaked on social media, I realized it was on the advice if his sisters. So I realized that it could be a cause of his suicide. I have said in my complaint, that these medicines were prescribed by a doctor who had never prescribed him before. They were prescribed without seeing him physically. Telemedicine can be prescribed only with prior consultation with the doctor. My complaint is in relation to a forged prescription of medicines. The circumstances that I am pointing out should also be examined. His family is concerned with the cause of his death. They say I am responsible, I am giving different circumstances for investigation,” Maneshinde said presenting Rhea Chakraborty’s statement.
