Australian Captain Apologizes For Sledging Indian Players

In the third test between India and Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground, the Australian skipper Tim Paine has utterly failed to throw the Indian all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin off guard.

Ashwin has given a superb comeback for Paine. The Australia Cricket Team captain was caught on the stump mic saying, “I can’t wait for you to reach Gabbar Ash,” Ashwin immediately replied, “Just like we want to get you to India. It will be your last series,”. The video of their stump mic conversation is now going viral on the internet. Also, when Ashwin was waiting for Vihari to wear his thigh pad, Tim screamed at them.

This arrogant behavior of Tim Paine has made the Indian cricket fans to lose respect for him. So many of the netizens have been slamming him on social media platforms. On the other hand, Vihari and Ashwin saved the day by ensuring that India claimed a vital draw.

However, this early morning, Paine called for an urgent press meet to apologize to Ashwin and others for his behaviour on field. Paine accepted that he could not be a better leader on the field and told that pressure took over him.
