Former Porn Star Raises Her Voice On Farmer’s Protest

Twitter and other social media platforms are full of noise and chatter at the moment after international pop sensation Rihanna and a few other biggies tweeted in support of the ongoing farmers’ agitation in India. Now, one more popular figure joined the league and she is none other than the famous adult porn star, Mia Khalifa.

On Wednesday, Mia, who has been working in the blue film industry since 2014, raised her voice and expressed her concerns over the ongoing farmers’ protest, just like many of them out there. She questioned the India government’s decision to ban internet services at the protest sites near Delhi borders. Sharing a couple of protest pictures, Mia captioned: “what in the human rights violations going on? They cut the internet around New Delhi?”

Mia Khalifa’s tweet was poured with over 50,000 likes and a considerate amount of comments. A few netizens mocked the situation saying that even Mia understood the problem better than the government and came up with adult one-liners and memes. However, some of them were sensible enough to thank the actress for speaking up. Along with others who spoke on the issue, currently, Mia Khalifa’s name is also trending on Twitter.
