After recovering from the effect of the pandemic, the government of the UK has confirmed that the graduate route applications will start on July 1st this year. This route will be open to international students, which also includes students from India.
Applicants of bachelors’ and masters’ degree of this route will be able to stay in the UK for a period of two years. They may also work or look for work in this period. Doctoral students will be able to stay for a period of three years. The UK government has also granted price concessions for the students who were unable to travel to their country due to the pandemic.
Students who have started their academic sessions in autumn 2020, will have permission till June 21st this year to enter the UK, in order to be eligible for the graduate route. Students who have started their courses in January or February this year, need to be in the UK by September 27, 2021. With the graduate route, international students will be able to work in the limits of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.
