US: Eight Killed In FedEx Shooting In Indianapolis

In yet another shooting incident in the US, eight people were killed and several others were injured. A gunman started shooting people at the FedEx facility at Indianapolis main airport and later he killed himself. The gunman opened fire inside and outside the FedEx facility.

This is the deadliest shooting after the Colorado supermarket shooting that killed 10 people. For now, the names of gunman and the victims have not been released. The shooting was reported shortly after 11 pm Wednesday.

According to the Indianapolis Police Deputy Chief Craig McCartt, the gunman came into the parking lot and started shooting right after he exited the vehicle. He then went inside and fired more shots. As the police officers encountered him, the gunman shot himself.

The gunman appeared to have at least one gun. Four survivors were taken to a hospital with gunshot wounds.
