More than the three straight losses of Sunrisers Hyderabad, what upset fans the most is the sad face of the team’s CEO Kaviya Maran. All the three matches Sunrisers lost were close games and could have won easily. But losing such easy games had frustrated Kaviya the most. Even the broadcaster used to show her disappointing face repeatedly on the screen.
Even the fans used to make a lot of memes featuring Kaviya’s emotional expressions and requested SRH to win at least one match for her. Finally, the men in orange won their first game in this edition of IPL and made Kaviya happy. In the match held against Punjab Kings today, SRH won by 9 wickets and got a comfortable victory.
Kaviya was present at the stadium and was seen cheering happily from the stands. After SRH’s victory, fans are now sharing the happy face of Kaviya all over social media. They are hoping SRH to win the remaining matches as well and bring more smiles on Kaviya’s face.
Fans trolled her for not picking enough players during the auction this time but they are finally happy with SRH opening their account of victory at the IPL. Kaviya Maran, along with father Kalanidhi Maran and other family members graces every match that SRH plays. Right now, the games are taking place at Chennai, her hometown.
