SRK Responds To Loki’s Admiration For Him

We live in a world of dreams where people follow the path of passion to achieve them and SRK is one of the actors who has proved that if you have talent and passion you can achieve anything in life. The self-made man, Shah Rukh Khan has an unquestionably massive fan base and some of us even consider him as a role model. There are several factors to appraise him so because of his gentlemanly attitude, despite having a huge stature in Indian cinemas.

Now looks like our Bollywood Badshah has got another important fan. Marvel Studios’ Loki star Tom Hiddleston praised SRK in his latest video, posted by the official Twitter handle of Disney+ Hotstar. Hiddleston is seen playing the game of Word Association in the video. When asked about his first thought on India, the British star said, “Shah Rukh Khan”. After a couple of questions, he was asked again the word Bollywood. “Am I allowed to say, Shah Rukh Khan again? Yes, SRK” he answered.

When asked his first thoughts on any Indian city, he answered Chennai. Talking about his special connection with the city, he said “ My Akka (elder sister) lives there. She used to live there. And I have been there a few times. Chennai is great”. Soon after, Shah Rukh Khan retweeted his video and wrote, “You are kind, God of Mischief… hope there’s no mischief behind this claim though. Lots of love Tom and can’t wait to binge Loki!!! Starting now- Ep 1!”

Hiddleston later answered a couple of more questions and kept the video pretty entertaining. Tom Hiddleston is currently starring in the Disney Plus series “Loki”, in which he reprises his eponymous role of the God of Mischief from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MC U). Loki is one of the favourite characters for many as he does not act obnoxious about his evil plans, but sells them with oozing charisma and arrogant sophistication.

He is virtually never at a loss for words or flattery, which is why he probably so quickly become high-ranking agents for Thanos and the Grandmaster. Loki proved there was a lot more humanity and nobleness inside of him than even he would admit. Tom Hiddleston also starred as Loki in six MCU movies — “Thor” (2011), “The Avengers” (2012), “Thor: The Dark World” (2013), “Thor: Ragnarok” (2017), “Avengers: Infinity War” (2018), and “Endgame” (2019). Though Loki died in the “Infinity War”, series begins by showing the character being stuck at Time Variance Authority (TVA), a fictional organisation that monitors timeline in the Marvel comics. The show is being directed by Kate Herron and executive produced by Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige.

The show is giving a lot of anticipation among fans as it is expected to see a different Loki than we are used to. The MCU might use the show to somewhat “reinvent” the character, to allow him to be used in the future as a villain, hero or foil. Of course, the show is going to be unique because it’s the only show that dives into what was happening in the past while the avengers momentarily took the mind stone to erase the snap’s consequences.
