In yet fatal attack on an Indian-origin businessman, a stranger in Canada, in an unprovoked incident, hit Arvi Singh Sagoo (55) in Canada after the latter questioned him about what was he doing on his car.
According to reports, the businessman found the stranger urinating on his car when came to the vehicle with his girlfriend, after the duo had dinner on October 19. When he raised voice opposing the stranger for the act, the situation became violent.
When Sagoo questioned the stranger what was he doing on his vehicle, the man responded: “Whatever I want.” Then the stranger reached Sagoo and punched him on his head, making him fall on the ground. Witnessing that the situation was spiraling out of control, Sagoo’s girlfriend called for help by dialing 911.
Following the call, paramedics reached the place. However, Sagoo became unconscious by this time and was rushed to the hospital, where he was provided life support. Sagoo passed away after five days while undergoing treatment.
On investigation, the Edmonton police identified the stranger who attacked Sagoo as Kyle Papin and arrested him.
Sagoo’s friend Vincent Ram launched a fundraiser to support his children, living expenses and to cover the funeral costs.
It may be recalled that a few days ago, Indian-origin businessman Darshan Singh sahsi was shot dead in Canada, when he was in his car. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang owned responsibility for killing Sahsi.
