The beauty mogul and one of the top actresses in the South, Rashmika Mandanna now becomes the most followed South heroine on Instagram with a whopping 19.2 million followers. She surpassed Kajal Aggarwal, who was the most followed South actress until July 15th.
She has beaten the likes of Samantha Akkineni, Kiara Advani, Kajal Aggarwal and Vijay Deverakonda in terms of followers on the social media platform. To the unversed, Samantha has 17.5m followers on Instagram while Kiara Advani has 17.7m followers. Kajal Agarwal has 19m followers and Vijay Deverakonda has 12.5 m followers.
On July 16, Rashmika took to Instagram stories to share a video and expressed her gratitude to her massive Instagram followers. “Aaaaannndddd we are 19 mil fam. PS: excuse the noises in the background please..my pups are waging a war against each other (sic).” She captioned the video.
She also said “Oh my god! I just saw it’s 19 million. It’s a 19 million family. Thank you and loads of love (sic),” in the video as she blew kisses to her fans. Not only for her craze in movies and unparalleled beauty, she is now the most-followed South actress because her account also offers a cheeky peek into her life and routines.
On the work front, Rashmika is currently shooting for Mission Majnu in Hindi. She is also a part of Sukumar’s pan-India movie Pushpa opposite Stylish Star Allu Arjun. Rashmika will also be seen in Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Goodbye’.
