Sarath Kumar, along with his daughters, Varalaxmi and Pooja met Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya Bachchan at Ponniyin Selvan shooting spot. The movie’s shoot is currently going at a fast pace in Pondicherry.
Sarathkumar is playing a pivotal role in the period drama, which is based on a Tamil novel written by Kalki Krishnamoorthy. A few days ago, Aishwarya Rai also resumed shooting for Ponniyin Selvan. Varalaxmi and her sister Pooja, who visited the film sets for his father, went on to meet Aish and her family.
In her post, Varalaxmi spoke about the humility of Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek, and Aaradhya. She also expressed her thankfulness to her father Sarathkumar for making this happen. “Met 3 of the warmest and most humble people last night.. none other than the gorgeous @aishwaryaraibachchan_arb the handsome hunk @bachchan and their sweetest daughter #aaradhyabachchan”.
She further wrote, “Despite the families and lineage that they hail from, their humility and warmth was so amazing, I was just overwhelmed with their love.!!! It was so sweet of you to meet us and spend time with us.. may god shower all his blessings on your family.!!! (sic).”
The film revolves around some important events in the Chola dynasty. The first part of the film will release in 2022. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Chiyaan Vikram, Trisha, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Prakash Raj, Sarathkumar, and Jayaram play important roles in Ponniyin Selvan.
