Big Surprise: Shriya’s Special Role In RRR

Here is a massive update. Actress Shriya Saran has been roped in for a crucial role in Rajamouli’s keenly anticipated magnum opus ‘RRR’. Surprisingly, Shriya herself broke this surprise news in a latest interaction with her fans, even before RRR makers made an official announcement.

Shriya further added that she has been paired with Bollywood star Ajay Devgn in a beautiful flashback sequence in RRR. She didn’t reveal more details about her role in this pan-Indian multistarrer.

Well, this marks Shriya’s reunion with Rajamouli almost after 15 years since their 2005 film ‘Chhatrapati’. Shriya’s pan-Indian popularity will surely be an added advantage for RRR. This is also one of the biggest projects for Shriya in recent times.

Shriya is currently in Barcelona, Spain, where she’s residing along with her Russian husband Andrei Koscheev. Apart from RRR, Shriya has another project in Tollywood and a couple of films in Tamil and a Hindi movie in her kitty.
