Ever since Farhan Akhtar unveiled the deets of his upcoming directorial, Jee Le Zara, fans are gushing for more information. And not only fans, even the co-stars Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra, and Alia Bhatt cannot stop with their PDAs on social media.
It’s been only a few hours and the trio is already making memories one road time at a time. The film is based on a road trip and it already reminds us of Dil Chahta hai and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, which is full of soul and emotion-filled friendships!
This one-of-a-kind plot left Katrina impatient and ended up expressing her love for PeeCee and Alia. Katrina confesses that she loved being around girl pals along with a beautiful picture of them together.
“This makes my heart smile. I just love these girls and being around each other is just too much fun always – combine that with a great script, awesome director, and a road trip and the sky’s the limit.”
And then, PeeCee also shared the picture with a long note. Calling it a celebration of friendship, she wrote “Katrina, Alia, and I enthusiastically met in February 2020 (as seen in this picture), just before the world shut down, to discuss who we could trust to bring this vision to life for us and our choice was unanimous”.
She further added that it only took 3 years to align all their schedules but stuck together and got it done! “This one is to sisterhood… to friendship and to breaking the mould!! Can’t wait to get on the road with Aloo and Katty. My heart’s smiling,” Priyanka wrote.
Alia Bhatt too shared the picture and said it was two years ago that three girls came together with one dream. “There was only one place to go to make that dream come true; to 4 of the funniest dream-makers and storytellers in the business, And now 50 Zoom calls later, Countless laughs later, With hearts full of love and excitement”.
