Kick-starting the festivities of megastar Chiranjeevi’s Birthday, a day prior, makers of his 153rd film have come up with a supreme reveal by announcing its title.
Godfather is the title locked for Mohan Raja directorial and it’s an apt one for a Chiranjeevi starrer film, as it sounds authoritative.
The title poster doesn’t disclose Chiru’s complete look, but the back pose as silhouette image is enough for fans to celebrate the occasion.
Like the title, the logo too looks mass-appealing.
Billed to be an intense political and action drama, Godfather is official remake of Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer.
Mohan Raja has only taken the basic plotline from the original and altered it to suit the stardom of Chiranjeevi.
The film marks the first collaboration of Chiranjeevi, music sensation SS Thaman and popular cinematographer Nirav Shah.
Produced jointly by Konidela Productions and Super Good Films, Godfather started rolling recently with a high-octane action sequence on the Megastar.
Chiranjeevi’s wife Konidela Surekha presents the movie.
