Buzz: ChaySam Investing In Goa’s Real Estate?

Queen bee Samantha revealed it many times that she and Chay want to buy a pod in Goa as that place has become their second time since romantic sparks ignited between them while holidaying there. And there is buzz always that they are on the lookout for an apartment there.

Some more interesting rumours are actually coming out that both Chay and Sam are not only interested to buy a sea-facing villa there, but they also want to test their luck with the real estate business there. Apparently, a business proposal is said to have come there, where they will buy some old villas, re-model and refurbish them with new amenities and luxury setups, and then sell them to other parties. As ChaySam has a good network in Tollywood, many celebs here could become their potential customers too.

So far the authenticity of this news is not known, but the buzz that they are gonna invest in the real estate business of Goa is spreading like rapid-fire. Whether they will invest in real estate or not, they could very soon buy their luxury pod in South Goa, say sources close to them.

For now, Sam is in Pondicherry, filming for her Tamil flick with Nayantara and Vijay Sethupathi, while Chay is busy wrapping various projects including Amir Khan’s Lal Singh Chaddha and Vikram Kumar’s Thank You.
