Milky beauty Tamannaah is currently enjoying the best phase of her career. She is already a successful actor on the silver screen. In 2021, she tested her luck with OTT projects and is soon making her debut on the small screen. Now, she even made her entry into the publishing industry as an author.’
Tamannaah Bhatia co-authored a new book named, ‘Back To The Roots’, which is about ancient Indian practices. Tamannaah penned this book along with lifestyle coach Luke Coutinho.
The book invokes India’s ancient knowledge to tell readers how inexpensive it is to invest in their lifestyles. The book also discusses the ancient Indian practices that helped people back then in preventing diseases, improve longevity and subsequently improve the quality of their lives.
“Back To The Roots is very special as it is my first book. I want the people to understand the importance of our ancient practices. Especially, in the current times, cultural knowledge has more significance than anything else,” said Tamannaah, in an interview with The Hindu.
Coutinho previously authored books like “The Great Indian Diet with Shilpa Shetty”, and “The Magic Weight-Loss Pill with Anushka Shetty”.
Penguin Random House India published the book and it will be available from August 30.
