It is known that popular journalist TNR breathed his last couple of months ago while being treated for a coronavirus infection. And before his departure, he has acted in a handful of movies as well, which are now seeing the light. One such film has been released today on an OTT platform.
Sundeep Kishan’s production venture Vivaha Bojanambu featuring comedian Satya in the lead role has been released on OTT today. Forget about the content and other casts, but it is quite emotional for many fans of TNR to see him in a small role in the movie, where he tried to evoke some laughs. The super talented journalist even completed his dubbing as well for the film before succumbing to covid.
The irony is that TNR has acted in a film where the whole gets struck at a bridegroom’s house due to the lockdown. Throughout the film, stuff like using sanitisers and masks is shown, while the character TNR played even gets checked for Covid19 but comes out clean. And in real life, the celebrated interviewer has fallen prey to the same virus and lost his precious life.
Watching TNR in Vivaha Bojanambu and some dialogues on him like, ‘Meeru eppudu YouTube lo ne vuntaru’, are actually making the audience remember his good old interviews of Telugu celebs. Definitely one would feel nothing but ‘gone too soon’ after watching him on the screen.
