The first-look poster of one of the most anticipated movies of the year, superstar Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe has been released today. Clad in a traditional dhoti and white shirt, Rajinikanth sported a stylish look as ever. The FL has a temple fest backdrop. Annaatthe is being bankrolled under Sun Pictures banner and they have shared the poster with fans today.
It was rumoured that the film might be released on OTT. However, the makers officially clarified that Annaatthe has been slated for theatrical release on November 4, during Deepavali.
Helmed by director Siva and produced by Kalanithi Maran, the film is a rural drama. Anaatthe stars an ensemble cast including actors Rajinikanth, Meena, Khushboo, Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, Jackie Shroff, Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, Soori and Sathish among others.
The music is composed by D Imman, while Ruben is the editor. Vetri is on board as the cinematographer for the project.
