Seetimaarr on Day 1: Grand post-2nd wave opening for Indian Cinema

Gopichand and Tamannaah Bhatia played the lead roles in the new film Seetimaarr. The sports drama laced with commercial elements is performing well at the box office. Both Gopichand and Tamannaah played Kabaddi coaches in the movie. The film received a hit talk from the audiences and critics.

Going by the current reports, the film collected a big number on the first day of release. As per the statement from the makers, the film’s first-day share is more than 3.5 crores.

The film unit shared that the first day’s collection created a new record at the box office. Seetimaarr registered a record-smashing post-second wave opening for Indian Cinema and the career-best opening for the lead actor Gopichand.

The trade reports say that the film collected a share of 90 lakhs in the Nizam region. Also, the movie collected a 29 lakh rupee share in Uttarandhra and a share of 19 lakh rupees in Nellore.

The film registered packed houses in many areas of the Telugu states. The movie is expected to collect more than the opening day on Saturday and Sunday.
