Much Delay For Cray Combo!

Vijay Sethupati and Katrina Kaif’s upcoming film with director Sriram Raghavan is getting delayed once again. The shooting schedule of the film has been postponed incessantly and speaking on the same Raghavan revealed that “the film’s set created in Mumbai’s Film City in Goregaon has been taken down because of the delayed schedule”.

The film was supposed to commence in September and the construction on the set had also begun. But the makers have decided to pull it down because the October dates got shifted due to the pandemic. Parallel to that, it is also speculated that Katrina Kaif giving her October dates to Tiger 3 team could possibly have made Sethupati’s film postponed.

Sriram Raghavan said the film’s dates were shifted from September as the team failed to get permission to shoot late at night. He said the team was supposed to start in mid-September and shoot another schedule in October. “We did not get the permission to shoot as most of our shoot has to be done at night as per the scenes in the film.”

To recall, back in April, the film got postponed when Katrina Kaif was diagnosed with COVID-19. “We were supposed to start shooting from April 15. But Katrina caught Corona. So, the shooting schedule has been called off,” Vijay Sethupati had told then. And, these back-to-back postponements are leaving Makkal Selvan fans upset.
