Breaking: Prakash Raj Resigns To His MAA Membership

After getting defeated by Manchu Vishnu in the MAA elections that were held the other day, Prakash Raj decided to resign from his MAA membership.

The actor stated that he is taking this decision after a thorough thought process and not in an emotional state of mind.

“People said that I am not a Telugu guy and opted a Telugu person as their president. People said that I am a guest and from now on, I will remain as a guest. I welcome Vishnu’s victory. But I will not indulge in MAA’s proceedings and will focus only on my films,” said Prakash Raj.

Prakash Raj stated that he has 21 years of association with MAA but he is moving out due to the local and non-local agendas.

Manchu Vishnu won over Prakash Raj by 106 votes. Before Prakash Raj, his supporter and popular actor Naga Babu resigned from his MAA membership stating that caste and regional favouritism has taken over the association.

It has to be seen if Vishnu responds to this move of Prakash Raj.
