The recently concluded Movie Artists Association elections have taken a shocking turn with contestants like Prakash Raj and his ardent supporter like Nagababu have walked out with resignations. But then, it looks like they’re not stopping there as they want to provide an alternative platform for Movie Artists who don’t come from Telugu native. Here’s what Prakash Raj responded to these rumours however.
To make sure that their voice is heard and that there will be no regional feelings, now Nagababu and Prakash Raj are said to be looking forward to starting a new organisation ATMAA, an acronym for “All Telugu Movie Artists Association”. However, after announcing that his panel is quitting from the elected posts, media folks quizzed Prakash about ATMAA, to which he responded quickly.
“We have no thought of starting any new movie artists association. There is neither Atmaa nor Paramatmaa, nor Prethatma coming up. Just don’t spread such rumours as we don’t want to start any such organisations with our group” said Prakash Raj, clarifying about the same. From Tuesday afternoon, it has been spreading wide on Telugu TV channels that Prakash Raj and Nagababu are going to start Aatma, and now things have become clear.
