Alia Bhatt is a proven talent and there is no denial in saying that she is one of the most skilled actresses in India. But it is being heard that she will reach a higher level with her performance in her upcoming film Gangubai Kathiawadi.
According to the Bollywood media, Alia’s boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor feels that Gangubai will remain one of the best works of the actress.
Apparently, Ranbir watched some of the rushes of the film and felt that Alia will a National Award for this movie.
Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Gangubai Kathiawadi is gearing up for a worldwide release on January 6. It is a biographical drama based on the life of a brothel’s madam in Mumbai.
The film features Shantanu Maheshwari, Vijay Raaz and Seema Pahwa in the other pivotal roles.
Apart from this movie, Alia is also acting in Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra, SS Rajamouli’s RRR, Jasmeet K Reen’s Darlings and Karan Johar Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani.
