Superstar Rajinikanth who is known for his magnanimous screen presence and director Siva who knows the pulse of masses have collaborated to offer a pucca commercial entertainer with Annaatthe releasing in Telugu as Peddhanna. Venkatesh has unleashed teaser of the film today.
Rajinikanth is introduced as a rural man who is on a mission. We get to see swag avatar of Rajini who gives warning to baddies and shows his action side. The teaser promises to bring back the vintage Rajinikanth packed with a lot of vigor and mouthing punchlines. His charismatic slow-motion walk is a treat to eyes.
The teaser doesn’t unveil anything about the film’s story as it is cut with the only motive of giving the movie buffs a sight of Rajinikanth’s mass bonanza. D Imman’s BGM for the video is just superb.
Asian Infra Estates acquired the film’s rights for AP and TS and the movie will release in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously for Diwali on November 4th.
