Vishal and Arya will be seen together for the second time in Enemy which will be hitting the screens on November 4th. The film’s pre-release event took place today. The team paid condolences to late Kannada star Puneeth Rajkumar.
Vishal announced to offer free education to all the 1800 students who were getting free education from Puneeth Rajkumar, for next year. He spoke highly about Puneeth Rajkumar saying he was very ground to earth, though he was a superstar.
Vishal further informed that, the film’s story is set in Singapore, but they shot the sequences in Dubai, owing to covid restrictions. “We must thank our producer. He got OTT offer with a table profit deal. He refused, as to release it in theatres. It’s the film to be watched in theatres only. Director Anand had doubts, whether I will give space to other hero. I suggested Arya will be right choice. I also asked him to increase Arya’s character. Arya is a good friend of mine, before he entered films. When I met him in gym, I told him that he will become an actor. He is not my friend; he is my property.”
“I want to thank Vishal for suggesting my name for the character. He is like my brother. When Anand told me the script, I really liked it. It has got a good storyline and emotions. The film has got so many layers between the two friends turned enemies. It gives an experience of watching a Hollywood film, thanks to Anand’s vision and RD’s cinematography. Vishal is an enemy on and off screen.”
