Vanitha got married to Peter Paul in a private ceremony with a Christian wedding. Peter Paul is a visual effects director who worked in many Kollywood, Bollywood and Hollywood films.
Vanitha is earlier married to television actor Akash from 2000 to 2007 and an Andhra Businessman Anand Jay Rajan from 2007 to 2012. Vanitha has three kids and she said she got consent from them before getting married to Peter Paul.
