Mahesh Babu who is currently busy shooting for the interesting Telugu film Sarkaru Vaari Paata is in the news for buying a new plot in the posh Jubilee Hills area of Hyderabad. The latest reports say that the actor purchased a 26 Crore rupees plot last month.
Mahesh Babu’s new plot measures 1,442 sq yards and it was sold by YV Reddy. The sale deed was registered on 17th November and Mahesh Babu paid huge amounts for stamp and transfer duties. Stamp duty of 1.43 Crore rupees and 39 lakh rupees transfer duty is also a part of the deal, said reports.
Recently, we heard reports that Pawan Kalyan also purchased a property in the same area.
On the work front, Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata will release on 1st April, 2022. Parasuram Petla is the film’s director.
