RRR is the movie of the moment in the Indian film industry. Ahead of the film’s release next month, the film unit launched the trailer in multiple languages recently. The makers had used the same version for all the languages. A Sreekar Prasad is the film’s editor but Tamil editor Praveen Anthony cut the film’s trailer.
Rajamouli took to his Twitter to appreciate Praveen. “One person, whose skill contributed greatly to this roaring response is @EditorPraveen, the editor who cut the #RRRTrailer. Thank you brother for your time, patience, and effort that you put in for #RRRMovie,” h wrote.
Acknowledging Rajamouli’s tweet, Praveen wrote, “Overwhelmed! Coming from you means a lot. I’m truly truly honoured. Thank you Sir.”
Prior to that, sharing the trailer of RRR, Praveen wrote, “Sooper thrilled and excited to share the #RRRtrailer.. It was an incredible experience working with @ssrajamouli Sir and his team. I’ve always admired his work, getting to work for him was such an honour. Grateful :))”
Praveen Anthony’s skill greatly helped the film unit in generating a great curiosity around the film across the languages.
Praveen earlier worked as an editor for Rajathandhiram, Kotigobba 3, Dhruva Natchathiram, and Arasiyalla Idhellam Saadharnamappa(which is currently in production).
Praveen earlier edited Balakrishna Nandamuri’s Jai Simha.
