I Am Not Scared Of Big Films Around: Nani

Natural Star Nani’s Shyam Singha Roy is releasing on 24th of this month. The film unit held a pre-release event today in Warangal. Director Rahul Sankirtyan and music director Mickey J Meyer skipped the event as they were busy with the post-production activities. Nani, Sai Pallavi, Krithi Shetty and the other crew graced the occasion. Nani is extremely confident about the film’s success.

“I am feeling extremely proud of working on this movie. There are continuous releases lined up in Telugu in the coming days but I am not at all afraid of them because I know I have a super hit on hand,” said Nani.

Nani also recollected a meme that his cousin sent him. The meme says that Nani’s Shyam Singha Roy will get sandwiched between Pushpa and RRR. “Bread will always be nice but the surprise will be in the middle,” replied Nani to the meme and the criticism surrounding it, adding, “I am confident that the audience will leave the theatres with a proud moment.

“Christmas is ours,” said Nani, confirming that his film will be a big hit of this season.

“I haven’t watched Rahul’s first film but I am sure that he will become one of the top directors for the sensibilities he have,” said Nani, confirming that the director skipped the event because of the re-recording works.

“Editor Nawin Nooli got a National Award for Jersey. Shyam Singha Roy is a complicated film. I hope he gets another award for this film,” revealed Nani.

“We will release a song performed by Sai Pallavi in a few days. She danced so well in the song. It will be a big surprise to everyone, including her fans. She will steal your hearts and her character has a lot of depth,” revealed Nani, while talking about Sai Pallavi.

Before concluding his speech, Nani recollected his memories with the legendary lyricist Sirivennela Sitarama Sastry. “When we showed some rushes to him, he called me and said that he can’t wait to watch the entire film. He used to tell me that he is a big fan of me. Shyam Singha Roy is a special film and he penned his last song for us and it is even more special,” said Nani.

“I am arriving to theatres after 2 years. I promise you that we will not miss scoring a hit,” said Nani, in the end.
