Nandamuri Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinu’s Akhanda is surprising the Trade experts with its amazing run. Akhanda is the first 150 Crore film for Balakrishna. The movie, on its 45th day, has recorded Housefull in many centers in AP and Telangana.
In most other centers, the collections are strong thanks to the patronage of the masses and the family audiences equally. A film recording Housefulls even on the 45th day is a feat not seen in Tollywood in many years.
The craze of Balayya – Boyapati combination and the content is doing the trick. The producers also should be commended for holding a good number of theaters in the festive season. The movie will also record a good number of 50 days theaters – a feat almost forgotten in recent years.
