This is because of this compelling background score that elevated the second half to a new level and helped the film score a massive success.
Guess what, with the film being premiered on Hotstar OTT now, Akhanda is getting similar appreciation, so is Thaman. Timing with the OTT release of the film, now the fans of this young maestro are making sure that they shower loads of memes on the music composer which are made out of love. No doubt, Thaman got a new fandom after the release of Ala Vaikuntapurramlo a couple of years ago purely for the songs, and now for Akhanda, which is purely for the BGM.
