It has been a long time since we have seen Renu Desai on the silver screen. She has not acted in any film after the 2003 film Johnny. We are now hearing that Renu is all set to make her comeback after a gap of almost two decades. She will be soon acting alongside Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja. However, she had different plans for her career but the pandemic has pushed her to make an acting comeback.
Renu Desai was planning to make her directorial debut in Telugu with an exciting film based on farmers. She finished the script and also began the pre-production works for the same. However, the pandemic bought her works to a standstill.
According to the latest buzz, Renu will play a pivotal role in Ravi Teja’s next film. It is already known that Ravi Teja will soon start working on a film titled Tiger Nageshwara Rao, which is based on the life of a crooked robber of the same name. The shoot of this film will begin later this year. Reportedly, Renu will be seen as Ravi Teja’s sister in the film. Apparently, the makers have held talks with Renu and it seems that even she showed interest in doing the role.
An official announcement is expected to be made once the actress signs the dotted line. Definitely, Renu’s inclusion will be a big add-on for the film.
Tiger Nageshwara Rao will be released in multiple languages across the country. It will be Ravi Teja’s first pan-India project.
