Ajith Kumar’s action thriller Valimai is gearing up for a big release on February 24. The actor’s fans are eagerly waiting to see their favourite star on the big screen after a long time.
Meanwhile, a recent promo of the film is sparking controversy on social media now. Some of the netizens alleged that the makers of Valimai used bots to increase the likes of the glimpse video.
Recently, a netizen pointed out that the makers boosted up to 30k likes in just one hour to cross the one-million mark of likes on Youtube.
Later, the rival gang of Ajith’s fans, which happens to be Vijay’s fans, started trending “#ValimaiPaidLikesExposed” all over social media. They started to allege that the team has been using bots and paid likes strategy to get more views and likes on Youtube.
On the flip side, Ajith’s fans are counter-attacking by saying that rival fans are trying to damage their hero’s reputation by spreading fake news.
It is high time for fans and makers to get out of this ‘Youtube Records’ craze which is good for nothing, opined a few other folks.
