Pawan Kalyan’s Bheemla Nayak pre-release event which is supposed to be held today in Hyderabad’s police grounds has been postponed. The makers have announced that the event is not happening today i.e Feb 21st as announced earlier. As a token of respect towards AP Minister Mekapati Goutham Reddy who passed away suddenly due to cardiac arrest, the makers of Bheemla Nayak have decided to postpone the event. Pawan Kalyan stated, “We can’t celebrate a film event in this hour of grief. As a respect for Minister Mekapati Goutham Reddy garu, we are postponing our film event,” said Pawan Kalyan in an official press-statement.
Pawan stated that the event is very much on. He said the film’s production house Sithara Entertainments would make a formal announcement about the pre-release event date and details. Overall, Pawan’s gesture has won hearts cutting across political parties. Despite having a political fight, Pawan showed his true nature. He certainly set new precedent.
Meanwhile, Bheemla Naayak is all set to hit the screens on Feb 25th. The film’s USA premieres will be screened from Feb 24th.
