Pooja Hegde is currently in the prime stage of her career with various offers from multiple industries in hand. She is acting in big films across the Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil industries. Meanwhile, it looks like the actress has different strategies for Tollywood and Bollywood.
In an interaction with the IANS, Pooja said that the success in the South Indian film industries empowered her to choose better films in Hindi. She stated that she is still a baby in Bollywood and has a lot more to do. But that is not the case in Telugu. She is a star here.
“There (Tollywood) I can demand female-oriented stories, big-budget films with superstars, etc. I have worked hard to earn that space in the Telugu film industry. In Bollywood, things are different for me,” said Pooja.
The Radhe Shyam actress further added that she is not in a rush to act in more Bollywood films. She wants to wait and grab the right opportunities.
Currently, Pooja Hegde is acting in Rohit Shetty’s upcoming comedy-drama Cirkus. Ranveer Singh plays the lead hero in it.
Down the South, Pooja is awaiting the release of Acharya in Telugu and Beast in Tamil.
